We develop and conduct multidisciplinary clinical trials which include health professionals, patients and consumers, and raises awareness and funds to support GI cancer clinical trials research.

Clinical Project Coordinator

This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference, whilst working on exciting trials and making an impact on health outcomes. We are looking for a Clinical Project Coordinator to join the AGITG Clinical Research Centre (CRC).

As the Clinical Project Coordinator, you will be supporting the activities related to the life cycle of multidisciplinary, investigator-led trials coordinated by the CRC. This includes being responsible for setup, coordination, monitoring and close out of trials sponsored by the AGITG. The Clinical Project Coordinator will work closely with members of the CRC Team, Study Chairs, Vendors and Site Staff to ensure aims are achieved, in accordance with the protocol and best practice guidelines.

We are seeking Expressions of Interest from Senior Clinical Project Coordinators and Clinical Trial Project Managers to join our growing and high performing Research Team.

As the Clinical Trial Project Manager, the incumbent will manage all aspects of the trials sponsored by AGITG, manage evolving organisational/protocol/financial risks, study execution, study objectives, and regulatory compliance requirements. The role requires maintaining positive and transparent relationships with key stakeholders including sponsors, contract/academic research organisations, clinicians, and government/regulatory bodies.

The incumbent will liaise closely and effectively with the Study Chair(s) and contracted parties, make recommendations to, and seek guidance from the wider project team. Relationship development and stakeholder management are key objectives of this role.
