2020 Treasure Road Gutsy Challenge
Join our premier Gutsy Family Adventure!
2020 will see our inaugural Gutsy Family Adventure take place. Treasure Road Gutsy Challenge gives your family the opportunity to enjoy a unique, affordable and fun filled family holiday in support of Gastro-Intestinal (GI) cancer research, while also providing much needed support to rural towns devastated by the bushfires.
Register your interest by filling in our form at the bottom of this page.
From September 28 – October 2, 2020 participants in this family friendly Gutsy Challenge will hit the road and raise much needed funds and awareness for GI cancer in a way that’s never been done before.
Starting in Sydney and finishing at an undisclosed location near Dubbo, this fundraising event is a road trip with a twist.
At the beginning of each day the Treasure Road kids will decipher the clue to the next location and once successful, they will receive a sticker for their ‘passport’.
This Gutsy Challenge will also bring business back to local towns who will have started to rebuild after the bushfires. They will welcome the travellers on arrival and provide food, entertainment and a completely unique learning experience for the entire family.
How much will it cost?
There is a registration fee of $125/Adult and $200/Child. This fee includes accommodation, dinners, breakfasts, nightly entertainment and daily activities at local towns. Fuel and lunches not included.
What do we need to bring?
As the accommodation will be at local camp grounds and showgrounds along the route, you will need to bring camping equipment for the family. As we may drive on dirt roads to get to some of our destinations, camper vans and trailers are not suitable.
What is involved?
