Doctors have new treatments for advanced bowel cancer patients who are too ill to have chemotherapy. Professor John Simes from the Australasian Gastro-Intestinal Trials Group features in an ABC news article about the advanced bowel cancer treatments.

This new discovery is said to be “providing patients with a greater choice of options to control their cancers”. The new treatments are said to  not have major side effects. Watch the ABC news article here.
