The Felice Brothers continue their Herculean efforts in support of Nina’s Quest for a Cure — their fundraising initiative for GI cancer research in honour of their late mother who died of oesophageal and stomach cancer ten years ago.The Quest has now raised over $76,000 — and the effort continues.

One of the brothers, Financial Planner Richard Felice, on June 19 presented GI Cancer Institute Executive Officer Russell Conley with a cheque for $10,000 from the Count Charitable Foundation. The opportunity to make the donation was awarded to countplus one at their annual conference in Shanghai — in recognition of their fundraising effort for this financial year to date.

Said Richard: “It was great for our business to be acknowledged for our community support, particularly in an international setting amongst all of our peers. While business achievements are fantastic, this really gave us all a sense of pride.

“We hope it will also resonate strongly with other businesses to see us receive the award – and make them think about what they should also be doing to help the community.”
